1. Eligibility

Hassle-Free Returns: Within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions:
✅ Unworn, undamaged, with original tags
✅ Complete packaging
✅ Proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

✖️ Customized/engraved pieces
✖️ Damaged/lost items or signs of wear

3. Return Process

1️⃣ Request: Email sarahjohnseny@gmail.com with order #
2️⃣ Authorization: We accept your return request. 
3️⃣ Ship Back: Send within 7 days using tracked mail.
4️⃣ Refund: Issued to original payment method in 3-5 business days after inspection.

4. Refund Rules

Full Refund: Item cost + original shipping (if defective)

Partial Refund: Non-defective returns deduct original shipping fees

Exchanges: Free size/color swaps (if stock allows)
